• How do I listen to Radio GoonGoon ?
  Click on "Listen Now" on the Navigation menu at the top, and then click on the  button on either of the two live channels. This will open a small player window. This player window should contain an embedded media player that connects and starts playing the web radio stream right away. Sometimes, because of Microsoft Media Player glitches, the Radio does not start immediately - if you cannot get the Media Player to play, just close the Pop-Up Player window and re-launch it from the main web page.
  All modern computing platforms can connect to the internet support internet radio in some way.

• I get a lot of buffering. What kind of internet connection do I need ?
  RadioGoonGoon is designed to be compatible with slower internet connections, including dial-up connection and using wireless data service. We strongly recommend a sustained 40 kbps connection, which is more than sufficient to listen to our web radio station. If you get too much buffering or drop-outs, close the player and re-open it. If that does not work, disconnect and reconnect to your internet service, which may establish a faster connection.

• Are there any special requirements on my Internet connection ?
  Other than the connection speed mentioned above, you may need port 8000 open to connect to our web radio. If you are behind a firewall, make sure port 80XX access is granted to your computer for the player to work.
